My 2nd month of OJT

I have a pleasant day today since I already passed my first month of OJT without having a trouble. Today is my second month as an OJT student here at SB office. Days by days I experience different scenario which enhance my capability to do better.

 I felt like it is natural for me to go in the office every weekend. I have developed as a trainee to follow strictly on instructions to ensure that the process is properly sequence. I can say that I gained to work effectively and competently in the SB office. From the moment I set my feet on this place, I know I will be facing different challenges on being a part in this office but at the same time I know that I will learn new things regarding the possible work that I will be doing in the office.

In the past one month of my OJT I was able to learn how to accept small or big mistakes. In this practicum, I’ve learned how to face the real world and talked to different people.

On my second month I’ve learned how to be flexible, because in the office the culture is always changing. I learned to be punctual, to be respectful especially to those on the higher position, to socialize and build a harmonious relationship with the other employees, to persevere and be patient, to be cautious in all the works that I do, to be humble and always eager to learn, and many more.

Today I was assigned to do a cutting and arranging of 42 Barangay certificate of appearance for the opening of the Sara League/Enter Barangay from the morning until afternoon.

March 14, 2023

I was attending the SPES scholarship program orientation at the Sara gym. I and my CO OJT are assigning to arrange the chairs for the entire student who wants to attend in the said event. We also assisting them to fill-up the form and giving the foods for them.

I was doing the encoding of resolution of Sangguniang Bayan and I rename the documents.

March 20, 2023

Today me and Ma’am joy also Ma’am Maricar decided to clean our office. We also do the arrangement of all the files. Few minutes Ma’am Rhea called me to fix the printer. I search for the problem but I see that there is no problem in the printer but on their laptop. Ma’am Rhea thanks me for fixing the problem.

We are arranging the chairs and tables for the Session/hearing. In the afternoon I was doing the encoding.

We are arranging the chairs and tables. I was helping to set up the tarpaulin and getting the attendance of all Brgy. Captain/SK chairman/Teacher/Municipal employee who will attending the meeting committee on public order and safety curfew of the Sara Municipality.

I was assigned to assist in Special Recruitments activity, the company that come in this event Gaisano, home credits and Agility. They are searching for the applicants who want to apply.

April 11-14 2023

Ma’am Rhea asks me to fill the ink of the printer and also I was doing the encoding. 

I learn a lot of things in my OJT, some

 of it I adopt and apply to myself and some of it helps develop my skills and enhance my knowledge. I was so thankful that I have my OJT in this office. I learn to be more patient in every task that given to me, to be nice and humble in every person I interact and most of all to LOVE MY WORK.
