My 2nd month of OJT

April 14, 2023 I have a pleasant day today since I already passed my first month of OJT without having a trouble. Today is my second month as an OJT student here at SB office. Days by days I experience different scenario which enhance my capability to do better.  I felt like it is natural for me to go in the office every weekend. I have developed as a trainee to follow strictly on instructions to ensure that the process is properly sequence. I can say that I gained to work effectively and competently in the SB office. From the moment I set my feet on this place, I know I will be facing different challenges on being a part in this office but at the same time I know that I will learn new things regarding the possible work that I will be doing in the office. In the past one month of my OJT I was able to learn how to accept small or big mistakes. In this practicum, I’ve learned how to face the real world and talked to different people. On-the-job training, or OJT is a time efficient and cost-effective method of training and developing employees, utilizing a company's internal resources, knowledge, and talent. It is usually the principal method used for up skilling employees, increasing production, and improving efficiency. The Sangguniang Bayan (SB) ( lit. 'municipal council') is the local legislative branch of the municipal governments in the Philippines. It is responsible for passing ordinances and resolutions for the administration of a municipality.
